My landscapes are a meditation on nature’s idyllic beauty and how its cyclical rhythm mirrors our own. I draw on images from my own memory, my current surroundings and imagined realities. It is my heartfelt belief that a shift in focus from our screens to our connections with the natural world surrounding us will bring us closer to one another.

Layering watercolor paintings into new landscapes that feel both familiar and dreamlike is a passion of mine that weaves through my 20 years of art making.
The round panel shapes offer a kaleidoscopic view inviting you to look closer, both at the painting and your surrounding landscape.

Arched Window Passageways
The arch shaped container of these hand-made frames feels like a mysterious doorway for the eyes, beckoning you forward and asking if you recognize this tree or meadow and in either case, inviting you to settle and be still.
This shape is indeed intriguing me and if you follow me on IG you know I am exploring this shape in many ways. I will be incorporating a section of these artworks into my 2026 art fair exhibits.
